Annual Parish Meeting
What is the Annual Parish Meeting?
All parishes hold a meeting once a year to discuss the affairs of the parish. It is an opportunity for the Parish Council to report on what it's been up to during the year, for other village organisations to make presentations, and for residents to raise their concerns. County and District Councillors will be there as will a representative of the Police, usually our Community Beat Officer
When and Where is it Held?
In Bar Hill the Annual Parish Meeting is held in late April usually in the village hall, but in 2006 it will be held in the Octagon. It is on Thursday 27 April at 7.30 pm. Do come and join us to hear reports from the organisations on what they have been doing during the year. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions on topics which concern you.
